Privacy Policy

Docs2books is run by PM Keeper LLC (“we”, “us”).

The short version

• Your documents are read on your own device. A file is sent to our server reader only when you press Read with AI for that file.
• We never sell your documents or your data, and we never use them to train any AI model.
• Social Security and account numbers are masked before any text is stored.
• Files are stored encrypted, and download links expire after a few minutes.
• You can export everything, or delete your cabinet, at any time.

What we keep

Your account email, the files you add, the fields read from them, and, unless you turn it off in Settings, the words read from each document so search can find them. Billing is handled by PM Keeper LLC through our payment processor; we never see your full card number.

Who can see your documents

Only the people you invite to your cabinet, and anyone you send an accountant link to, for the tax year on that link, until it expires or you turn it off.

Deleting

Deleted documents stay in Recently deleted for 30 days, then the file and its record are removed. Deleting your cabinet removes everything in it.
